What if I have forgotten my User Name and/or password?
If you have forgotten your User Name and/or password, enter in the form field below the e-mail address
that you originally entered and your login information will be e-mailed to you.
What if my e-mail address has changed?
If you are unable to remember your login information, and your e-mail address has changed since you signed up, you must complete and resubmit a signup form. Once you resubmit the signup form, ignore the instructions on the screen. Since we already have all of your information on file, you will not have to resubmit ownership documents. All you have to do is wait patiently for your login information to be e-mailed to you. These are processed manually, so as soon as we see that you are trying to sign up again, we will process your request, and your password will be on its way to you.

What if I have my User Name and password, but I am unable
to log in?
Verify that the User Name and password you are using matches the information that you received
via e-mail when you signed up for My Stingray access. If your login problems persist, e-mail

with your name, login information, and a description of the problem you are experiencing.
